In the end of November 2018, Netoil Cayman LLC (an investment arm of Netoil Group of companies) is issuing a corporate bond, initially as a private placement, which will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on Euro MTF Market. The issue of the bond is in line with the main focus of Netoil Group to acquire and develop businesses capable of generating cash flow faster and reinvesting it into companies and projects with greater added value.
